Keystone Elevate Construction Progress — Monthly Updates

October 16, 2026 Written By Keystone

Why Monthly Updates Matter

A construction update is not marketing. It is accountability. Every update from Keystone Elevate is a commitment to the families who have booked — that their money is building exactly what was promised, at the pace that was committed, to the standard that was specified.

Each update covers floor progress, on-site quality tests, site photographs with floor labels, key structural milestones and the progress of the commercial building.

Construction Milestones — 2026

June 2026: 6th floor completed. Site footage documented floors 2 to 6 and the reinforcement work in progress.
July 2026: Work on the 9th floor under way. Three quality tests documented on site — Moisture Content, Slump Cone and V-Funnel (for self-compacting concrete). Shuttering for the commercial building’s 2nd floor in progress.

The Commercial Building

Keystone Elevate includes a commercial building alongside the residential towers, planned for everyday conveniences such as a bank, salon, grocery, pharmacy and laundry. It is progressing in parallel with the towers and is tracked in each monthly update.

How to Follow the Progress

Monthly construction videos are published on Keystone Elevate’s YouTube channel, with short reels on its Instagram page.
