Keystone is a young,dynamic and agile organization. Founder & CEO
Founder and Managing Director Vaibhav Tapdiya brings significant and diverse experience in Real Estate Development. He played a key role in the development of several award-winning landmark projects in association with various business groups since 2004. Most of the projects he spearheaded were completed in record timelines with extreme high quality of international standards.
A Chartered Accountant and MBA by qualification, Vaibhav has profound love for numbers and an even deeper passion for interpreting them within their relevant contexts. His professional ethos is rooted in Keystone and is a simple, yet powerful philosophy which is to understand the customer first. The approach has consistently given his projects a competitive advantage, fostering remarkable growth and setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Vaibhav believes in detailed planning & aggressive execution thus shrinking the project tenure. His keen sense of observation and interest in data put together brings out a unique quality which not only helps him put brilliant fool proof processes for projects. His processes are industry agnostic.
An avid reader often seen reading a book in-between meetings to stay in his own zone and keep learning. A Wholistic view and thirst to gain knowledge has added strength and remarkable growth.
He is constantly pushing boundaries in long distance running and also completed the Ironman triathlon.
