Bricks, Mortar or Steel does not define the meaning of a structure. The building is relevant only if it manages to serve the purpose for which it was designed. In other words structures are beautiful if it's customer centric in nature. At Keystone our philosophy is simple. Keep the customer in the centre and start visualising everything around him, how he feels, what are his needs, what will delight him and what is unacceptable to him. This is how we benchmark our designs, process and ultimately our buildings.
Keystone is an young organisation. It's nimble in approach. But the credibility of Keystone comes from it's team led by our Founder & CEO Vaibhav Tapdiya who has led development of several award winning projects in association with various business houses since 2004. Each of these projects had been finished in record time while maintaining high quality standards.
Keystone uses Intellisys - a robust six-sigma system for Project Management that has helped shrink project tenures and costs up to 25% at the same time 'guaranteeing' international standard quality up to 95%. Our core promise is to create places which become a conducive ground for growth. Vaibhav Tapdiya
Founder & CEO
Vaibhav is a person who loves numbers and more than that he loves to make sense of numbers in the relevant context. His keen sense of observation and interest in data put together brings out a unique quality which not only helps him put brilliant fool proof processes for projects. His processes are industry agnostic.
A Qualified Chartered Accountant and MBA, he has a rich and diverse experience in Real Estate Designs, Market Research, Project Conceptualization, Fundraising, Planning, Execution, Sales, Marketing, Branding & Hospitality.
Vaibhav believes in detailed planning & aggressive execution thus shrinking the project tenure.
An avid reader often seen reading a book in-between meetings to stay in his own zone and keep learning. He is constantly pushing boundaries in long distance running.
